Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat with
clarity and confidence
Communicate effectively in
both Hindi and English
Provide clear information, guidance, and solutions to customers
Resolve customer issues with
empathy, patience, and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Work as part of a team to meet customer service targets
Requirements:
Strong experience in a call centre or customer service role
Fluency in
Hindi and English
is a must
Must be able to work in shifts.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations
Must have a
valid QID
