to assist with cost estimation and tender documentation for our upcoming interior and real estate projects.Requirements:
Proven experience in
preparing Bills of Quantities
for construction/interior projects Proficiency inExcel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Quantity Takeoff tools
Strong knowledge ofmaterials, specifications, and construction techniques
High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and costings Ability to meet deadlines and work independently/remotelyResponsibilities:
Prepare
detailed and accurate BOQs
based on design drawings and specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers for updates and clarifications Providecost breakdowns
andquantity takeoffs
Assist intender documentation
and revisions as neededTo Apply:
