Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with expertise in interior fit-out A-Z. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, preparing BOQs and quotations Etc., and ensuring timely procurement to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source materials required for interior fit-out and construction projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

Prepare accurate quotations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project bidding and execution.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Monitor market trends, new materials, and pricing fluctuations.

Ensure procurement compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.

Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier performance reports.

Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for upcoming projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in procurement for interior fit-out, construction, or contracting.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishing items.

Experience in quotations, BOQ preparation, and supplier negotiations.

Excellent communication and supplier management skills.

Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Ability to manage procurement budgets efficiently.
