Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Customer Service Import /Export
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
Experience : minimum 3 years with good knowledge of Import /export process from start to end .
Good Communication Skills
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, team work and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
