We are looking for an efficient, Freight Forwarding Customer Service and Overseas coordinator. who possesses excellent customer service skills. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods Job Responsibilities: Manage & Negotiate prices with shipping companies and overseas agents to secure the best market rate. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations. Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery. Ensure customer satisfaction for both domestic and international clients. Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures. Plan and track the shipments according to customer requirements. Keep logs and records of shipments, documents, etc. Prepare accurate reports for upper management. Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as logistics coordinator / Customer Service
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of shipping terms, regulations, and ISO requirements
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes and shipments.
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
Preferred Male Candidate
Minimum 2-4 Years\xe2\x80\x99 UAE Experience & Well verse in English and Hindi
