As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their visa inquiries, navigating application requirements, and promoting our services to ensure their successful travel plans.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address visa-related inquiries, guide them through application processes, and provide accurate information on required documentation and fees.
- Sales and Upselling: Effectively communicate the value of our visa services to potential clients, identify upselling opportunities, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
