We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Social Media Specialist. Job Summary: As a Customer Service and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also creating engaging social media content to promote our services. This is a unique opportunity to use your customer service and marketing skills to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to the growth of our company. Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage our social media platforms, including creating engaging content such as videos that showcases our services and promotes our brand.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on our social media platforms, fostering a positive online community.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with our company\'s goals.
  • Track social media engagement and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer service and social media marketing.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging social media content, including videos, images, and text.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and empathetically.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to analyze data to optimize social media performance.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for improving the lives of our clients through exceptional customer service and creative marketing.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
