Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and existing contacts.



Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and foster repeat business.



Needs Assessment:

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and provide relevant solutions.



Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with prospective clients.



Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.



Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.



Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and marketing, to ensure seamless client service.



Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the staffing industry.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the staffing market, including current trends, key players, and client needs.

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is generally required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
