Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to expand recruitment services and acquire new clients.
Identify potential business opportunities in various industries, including Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, IT, and more.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, HR managers, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure high-quality candidate placements.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in business development within the
recruitment/manpower industry

Strong knowledge of
recruitment processes, UAE labor laws, and market trends

Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close deals.
