Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

with a strong background in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of recruitment processes, a deep understanding of the UAE job market, and a proven track record in business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to expand recruitment services and acquire new clients. Identify potential business opportunities in various industries, including Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, IT, and more. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, HR managers, and decision-makers. Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure high-quality candidate placements. Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets. Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in business development within the

recruitment/manpower industry

. Strong knowledge of

recruitment processes, UAE labor laws, and market trends

. Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development. Must be based in

Abu Dhabi, UAE

. A bachelor's degree in

Business, HR, or a related field

is preferred.
