Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result?driven
Business Development Manager
responsible for driving revenue through B2C & B2B sales closures, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing long?term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong sales closer with experience in the Immigration and Real Estate industry is a plus, and the capability to fuel business growth in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and close B2B & B2C partnership opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to convert leads into closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Create and execute strategic sales plans focused on driving business migration
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand presence.
Monitor competition, market trends, and generate insights to develop new business initiatives.
Ensure high levels of customer retention through proactive account management and communication.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
4-5 years of hardcore sales experience in the Immigration
Skills:
Excellent convincing, negotiation, and deal?closing abilities.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
Languages:
Fluency in English & Hindi is essential. Knowledge of
Arabic
will be a strong advantage
Self?motivated, energetic, and willing to work in a fast?paced and growth?oriented environment.
Ability to travel locally/internationally as per business requirements.
