Requirement:
1 Should have UAE residence visa or Employee permit visa
Responsibilities:
1.Communication should be good for coordination with customer
2.Proper information should communicate to Customer and client
3. If customer not giving response, He should escalate on Msg or call
4. Timesheet should update properly with correct information
5. Random quality check
6. Use of web application knowledge
7. Team coordination should be required.
8. Technical knowledge
9. Supervisor should follow implementation process
10. Updating day today operation on time
11. should discuss with customer for day to day activities.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED1,782.66 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
IT support: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
