Travel Coordinator / Administrative Assistant with own visa
3-month full-time contract (possibility to extend)
We are looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant
with strong experience in
booking travel arrangements
to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transportation)
Provide general administrative support to management and team
Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document management
Maintain organized filing systems and records
Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support daily operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Strong knowledge of travel coordination and logistics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Currently based in the UAE
Holding own visa (husband-sponsored or Golden Visa)
