Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure consistent branding. Create engaging visual and written content for online platforms. Work confidently

behind and in front of the camera

for marketing content. Monitor performance metrics and assist in preparing marketing reports. Stay updated with trends and best practices in digital and social media marketing. Coordinate with internal teams to support branding and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Female candidate with own visa (mandatory).

Must be comfortable and confident in front of the camera

(for social media videos and marketing content). Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. Proficiency in

Photoshop

and

Premiere Pro

(mandatory). Knowledge of other tools such as

Canva

,

Meta Business Suite

,

Google Ads

, or

Google Analytics

. Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills. Basic understanding of

SEO

,

SEM

, and content marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Valid UAE driving license

and own car are an advantage. Russian or Arabic language skills are a plus.
