Haus Techs for Technical Services Contracting L.L.C. is a leading provider of

fit-out and maintenance services in Dubai.

We specialize in renovation and interior fit-out, helping homeowners, investors, and businesses enhance their properties. Our mission is to design, build, and maintain high-quality spaces while ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial fit-out and renovation projects. Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions. Coordinate with the project team to prepare proposals and quotations. Negotiate and close deals, maintaining strong follow-up and after-sales communication. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction sectors. Strong network of potential clients, developers, or property managers in Dubai. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional attitude. Must have own visa and be based in the UAE. UAE driving license is an advantage.
