:
We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer who will be responsible for promoting and selling our contracting services, fitout solutions, and building materials to clients in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of construction materials and processes, along with strong sales abilities. Good consistent performance will lead to a permanent offer with industry-best compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Create and present technical proposals and quotations to potential clients
Provide expert advice on building materials and construction solutions
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure proper implementation of projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
Worked in Qatar with an existing network
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
Valid Qatar driving license
Fluency in English; Malayalam, Hindi, and Arabic language skills are a plus
Excellent networking abilities and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Compensation:
