Dubai Development Authority (DDA) and Dubai Municipality (DM) approved Engineer Card
to join our interior fit-out team in Dubai. The role involves managing site execution, authority approvals, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
Prepare and submit drawings and documents for authority approvals (DDA, DM, Civil Defense, Trakhees, etc.).
Obtain building permits, NOCs, and completion certificates.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and HSE regulations.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering.
Must hold a
valid Engineer Card (DDA & DM approved)
.
Minimum 5+ years' UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, gypsum, and MEP coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
