Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-call
IT support
, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure system functionality.
Manage and maintain company
websites
(WordPress or similar platforms), including updates, backups, and optimizations.
Support email configurations, user accounts, and minor network-related tasks as required.
Assist in the
creation and publishing of marketing content
for the website and social media channels.
Use design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, WordPress editor) to create visually appealing promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal teams for content updates and branding alignment.
Help implement and monitor basic SEO and website performance improvements.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, support actions, and digital updates.
