Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist

with 4-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure including server administration, PBX systems, networking, cybersecurity, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain

Windows/Linux servers

and ensure optimal uptime. Administer

PBX/VoIP systems

(preferably Yeastar, Avaya, or similar). Configure, monitor, and maintain

firewalls

, routers, switches, and other networking equipment. Set up and troubleshoot

LAN/WAN

,

VPN

, and

network cabling

across offices. Ensure

cybersecurity best practices

including firewall policies, antivirus, and data protection. Support end-users with desktop/laptop issues, software installations, printer configurations, etc. Monitor and manage

data backups

, recovery systems, and disaster recovery plans. Provide technical support for call center software, CRMs, and enterprise tools. Maintain asset records, licenses, and IT inventory. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and maintenance. Stay updated with the latest trends in IT infrastructure and propose improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in IT system administration or IT support roles. Hands-on experience with: Windows Server & Active Directory VoIP/PBX Systems (Yeastar, Avaya, etc.) Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, etc.) Networking devices and structured cabling Cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and backup systems. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

CCNA

. Experience in supporting

. Knowledge of IP camera systems, biometric access control, and remote monitoring tools.
