Job Title IT Support Specialist (Shift Based)

You will have a chance to:

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting at the touchpoint level
• Replace broken components (motherboards, cameras, sensors...)
• Roll out, installation, testing and configuration of new systems and touchpoints
• Perform hardware, firmware and software updates at toucpoint level, including licenses and patches.

About ?deal Candidate

• Experience working with Windows operating systems.
• Skilled in supporting systems remotely and building PCs or servers.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experienced in diagnosing hardware and software-related faults.
• Working knowledge of networking infrastructure, cabling, electrical schematics, and electromechanical equipment.
• Experience in software product support with strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in an ITIL service environment.
• Experience in airports, security, or similar environments is a plus
