We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable
Freelance HRM & UAE Labour Law Trainer
to deliver engaging and practical training sessions for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience in the UAE and strong knowledge of the UAE Labour Law, including recent amendments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions (online or onsite) on Human Resource Management principles and UAE Labour Law.
Customize course material based on student/professional needs.
Deliver interactive sessions including real-life case studies, legal updates, and Q&A.
Stay updated with UAE employment regulations and best HR practices.
Offer guidance on compliance and legal frameworks relevant to UAE labor practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law (Master's preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE-based HR/Labour Law experience.
Previous training or teaching experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to take sessions during evenings or weekends as needed.
