Job Description
An HR freelancer provides flexible, project-based human resources support to businesses, often on a contract or consultancy basis. They handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development, adapting to different organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Employee Relations:
Addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and mediating disputes.Performance Management:
Developing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and coaching employees.HR Policy Development and Implementation:
Creating, updating, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
Education:
