Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements

Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
Provide weekly reports on progress and pipeline
Ensure timely closures of open positions with qualified candidates
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting for real estate companies (sales/leasing roles)
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and required skill sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Access to recruitment tools, platforms, and networks
UAE/Gulf market experience is a plus
