We are looking for a Freelance HR Consultant with expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support our clients' HR needs.
Role Overview:
As a Freelance HR Consultant, you will work with client organizations to provide strategic HR guidance and implement best practices in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and HR systems. You will work closely with businesses to design and execute HR strategies that align with their goals and foster organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice to clients on HR management, including employee engagement, talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
Design and implement HR solutions that meet client-specific needs and goals.
Conduct assessments, audits, and workshops to assess current HR practices and suggest improvements.
Assist clients in implementing performance management systems, recruitment strategies, and organizational policies.
Help organizations align their HR strategies with business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
Track the progress of HR initiatives and provide regular reports to clients on outcomes.
Compensation:
Commission on Closed Positions:
You will earn a commission on each consulting project you close, calculated from the final contract value.
Additional Earnings:
If the business development is done by you (as a combined Business Development and consulting effort), you will earn both the
Commission for Business Development
and
for consulting
