As part of our growth, we are looking for an

ambitious Freelance Business Development Manager

to help us establish and scale our recruitment business in the UAE market.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Business Development Manager, you will play a

key role in acquiring clients

, building strong relationships with employers, and generating recruitment mandates across multiple industries. This role is ideal for someone who already has

HR, recruitment, or corporate connections

in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

? Identify and onboard new corporate clients for recruitment services
? Generate recruitment mandates for

white-collar roles for various industry

? Pitch recruitment solutions to HR Managers, Business Owners, and Operations Heads
? Build and manage a strong client pipeline
? Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
? Represent the company professionally in the UAE market

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in

business development or recruitment sales

- Strong network of

HR managers, hiring decision-makers, or business owners

in the UAE/ Global Market.
-Understanding of

UAE recruitment & manpower market

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently on a freelance basis
