Business Development Manager - Executive Search & Recruitment

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to expand our executive search and permanent recruitment portfolio in the UAE & Middle East. This role is focused on driving growth by identifying, securing, and nurturing new client relationships (government entities, Project portfolio companies, multinationals, and giga-projects). You will be a market-facing professional selling premium, bespoke recruitment solutions to C-level stakeholders, CHROs, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
: Develop and implement strategies to enter new industry verticals and expand market share in UAE. : Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, high-level outreach, and strategic pitching to C-suite and HR decision-makers. : Sell the value of retained executive search and specialized permanent recruitment solutions against standard contingency models. : Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders,, fostering repeat business and referrals. : Analyze UAE market trends, competitor activity, and sales strategies. : Prepare and present customized, high-value proposals, tenders, and service agreements. : Work closely with the internal research and delivery teams to ensure sold mandates are realistic, well-defined, and deliverable. : Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving top-line revenue growth.
