Supervise and lead a team of technicians and workers in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly and on schedule.
Site Management
Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
Quality Control
Inspect and verify MEP installations to ensure they meet design, quality, and safety standards.
Identify and resolve any technical or workmanship issues on site.
Progress Monitoring
Report daily progress to the MEP Engineer or Project Manager.
Keep records of materials used, work completed, and manpower deployed.
Safety Compliance
Ensure all workers follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Testing & Commissioning
Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.).
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of
MEP systems

Qualifications
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent trade).
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in MEP works, with at least
2-3 years in a supervisory role
