We are looking for a qualified

Foreman - MEP

to join team for Facility Management operations in Qatar.

: QAR 3,000 + Accommodation + Transportation

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities of

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems

. Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of

PPM & reactive maintenance

. Conduct

site inspections

to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence. Coordinate with

subcontractors and vendors

for specialized works. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, supporting technicians when required. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, workforce allocation, and material usage. Support

energy-saving initiatives

and sustainability practices. Enforce

HSE standards

and ensure team compliance. Provide

on-the-job training

and technical guidance to junior staff. Liaise with clients/occupants to resolve complaints and provide updates on maintenance work.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / ITI Certification in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing

.

5-7 years of MEP maintenance experience

, with at least

2-3 years in a supervisory/foreman role

in Facility Management. Strong knowledge of

MEP systems

(HVAC, pumps, electrical panels, plumbing, fire systems). Ability to read and interpret

MEP drawings & technical manuals

. Strong

leadership, team management, and reporting

skills. Good communication and client-handling abilities. Sound knowledge of

HSE practices

.

Qatar Driving License is mandatory

.
