About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee fit-out and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior construction, finishing works, and project supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and other project documents to fully understand the scope of work.

. Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including labor, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth workflow.

. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.

. Source and obtain current prices for materials, equipment, and services from suppliers and subcontractors.

. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality standards, and company policies.

. Report progress, issues, and updates to project managers and clients.

. Maintain accurate documentation and records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

. Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in interior fit-out and construction projects.

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams efficiently.

. Professional attitude, reliability, and problem-solving ability.
