General Manager (Sales) - Joinery, Fit-out & Interior Design Industry

We are seeking a General Manager (Sales) with a background in the joinery, fit-out & interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in similar position / industry and a proven track record of driving business growth and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the joinery, fit-out and interior design sectors to expand market presence. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to drive business success. Partner with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs and project specifications. Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new areas for business expansion. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's value and expertise. Lead contract negotiations with clients to ensure agreements that are beneficial for both the company and clients. Set and achieve sales goals, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing) & B. Tech in Architectural Engineering. At least 10 - 12 years of progressive experience within the joinery, fit-out & interior design industry in the UAE. Demonstrated success in driving business sales growth and expanding market reach. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills. Proven networking skills with a strong ability to build, develop, and maintain lasting client relationships.
