Job Description

Responsible for supervising daily building construction activities, managing labor teams, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring work meets UAE standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise site work for building projects. Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations. Manage laborers and subcontractors; allocate daily tasks. Monitor site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce PPE use. Check quality of work and resolve on-site issues. Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics. Maintain daily reports and update Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Requirements



5+ years UAE experience

as a Construction Foreman. Strong background in

building construction

(villa, residential, or commercial). Knowledge of UAE building codes and HSE procedures. Ability to read drawings and manage site teams. Good communication and leadership skills.
