We are looking to hire
2 experienced Finishing Foremen
and
Chargehands
for a high-quality villa construction project.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in villa or high-end residential finishing
Expertise in multiple finishing trades including:
Tile fixing
Marble & granite installation
Gypsum works
(partitions & ceilings)
Painting & polishing
Woodwork / Joinery
Wallpaper installation
Decorative plaster
Aluminum & glass works
Sanitary fittings installation
Doors & ironmongery fixing
Ability to read shop drawings and manage workforces
Skilled in supervising subcontractors and ensuring timely, quality execution
