Supervise site labor and subcontractors on villa and high-rise projects.
Implement project drawings and specifications on-site.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety; report to Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Manage materials, tools, and enforce site discipline.
Requirements:
5-10 years of UAE experience
in villa and high-rise construction.
Strong leadership and technical understanding.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Knowledge of UAE safety and labor laws.
Education:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related trade certification.
