The successful candidate will ensure that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily aluminum and facade installation activities at site
Ensure work execution in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications
Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of chargehands, fabricators, and installation teams
Track manpower productivity and ensure optimal utilization of resources
Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Managers to align site progress with project schedules
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, alignment, finishing, and compliance
Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on site
Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues and escalate when required
Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, and work progress
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to enhance workmanship and efficiency
Requirements & Experience
Minimum
5 years of experience
in aluminum and facade projects within the
UAE/GCC
Strong knowledge of
curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum doors & windows, and facade systems
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements
Proven experience supervising site teams, including chargehands and laborers
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Good understanding of HSE regulations and safe work practices
Willingness to work across multiple project sites in the UAE
