experienced and skilled Foreman (Aluminum & Facade)
to oversee and manage on-site installation activities for aluminum and facade projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed
safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
, in alignment with project specifications and schedules. Strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and proven experience supervising facade installation teams are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate
daily aluminum and facade installation
activities at project sites.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with
approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications
.
Allocate and monitor tasks for chargehands, fabricators, and installation crews.
Track manpower productivity and ensure optimal utilization of site resources.
Coordinate with
Project Engineers and Site Managers
to align progress with overall project schedules.
Conduct
regular inspections
to verify quality, alignment, and finishing of completed works.
Maintain and enforce
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)
standards on-site.
Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues, escalating complex matters as necessary.
Maintain accurate
daily site reports
on manpower, materials, and work progress.
Provide
on-the-job training, supervision, and motivation
to enhance team performance and craftsmanship.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in aluminum and facade projects within the
UAE or GCC
.
Strong knowledge of
curtain walls, cladding, aluminum doors & windows, glazing, and facade systems
.
Ability to
read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements
.
Proven experience supervising
chargehands and installation teams
.
Excellent
leadership, coordination, and communication
skills.
Sound understanding of
HSE standards
and safe work practices.
Flexibility to work across multiple project sites within the UAE.
