Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate
daily aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and facade installation activities
at site.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with
approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications

Allocate tasks and manage
chargehands, fabricators, installers, and subcontract labor
.
Monitor manpower productivity and ensure
efficient utilization of labor, tools, and materials
.
Coordinate closely with
Project Engineers and Site Managers
to meet construction schedules and milestones.
Inspect completed works to ensure
quality, alignment, tolerance, and finishing
meet required standards.
Enforce
HSE policies

Identify and resolve
site and technical issues
