Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Foreman (Aluminum & Facade)

to oversee and manage on-site installation activities for aluminum and facade projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in supervising facade installation teams are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily aluminum and facade installation activities at project sites. Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Allocate and monitor tasks for chargehands, fabricators, and installation teams. Track manpower productivity and ensure optimal utilization of available resources. Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Managers to align progress with project schedules. Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality, alignment, and finishing of completed works. Maintain and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site. Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues, escalating to the Project Engineer when necessary. Maintain accurate daily reports on manpower deployment, material usage, and work progress. Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and supervision to improve worker efficiency and craftsmanship.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in aluminum and facade projects within the UAE/GCC. In-depth knowledge of

curtain wall, cladding, aluminum doors & windows, glazing, and facade systems

. Ability to read and interpret

shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements

. Demonstrated experience in

supervising site teams

of chargehands and laborers. Excellent

communication, coordination, and leadership

skills. Strong understanding of

HSE regulations

and safe work practices. Flexibility to work across multiple project sites within the UAE.

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI Certificate

in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Trade background in aluminum or metal works will be an added advantage.
