Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities for aluminum and facade installation works.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor performance to ensure quality and productivity.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Inspect received materials and verify quality before installation.
Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and progress updates.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
Resolve technical or site-related issues promptly in coordination with the project team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
5-7 years
of UAE/GCC experience in
facade and aluminum installation.
Strong technical knowledge of
curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and glazing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Diploma or technical certificate in
Civil Engineering or related field
preferred.
