Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily aluminum and facade installation activities on site.
Ensure works are executed according to approved
drawings, method statements, and project specifications
.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of chargehands, fabricators, and installation teams.
Track manpower productivity and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Managers to ensure alignment with project schedules.
Inspect completed works for
quality, alignment, and finishing
standards.
Maintain
safe working conditions
and enforce company HSE policies.
Resolve technical or site-related issues and escalate to the Project Engineer when needed.
Keep accurate records of daily manpower, materials, and progress.
Provide training and guidance to enhance team efficiency and workmanship.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in aluminum & facade projects in UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of
curtain wall, cladding, aluminum doors & windows, glazing, and facade systems
.
Ability to read and interpret
shop drawings, specifications, and method statements
.
Proven track record supervising site teams of chargehands and workers.
Excellent
communication and leadership skills
.
Familiarity with
HSE regulations
and safe work practices.
Flexibility to work across multiple project sites in the UAE.
Qualifications
Diploma/ITI Certificate in
Civil/Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent.
Trade background in
aluminum/metal works
is an advantage.
