Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Foreman - Aluminum & Facade

to supervise and coordinate on-site installation works for aluminum and facade systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and facade panels, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities related to aluminum and facade installation works Manage and lead installation teams (installers, helpers, subcontractors) Read and interpret shop drawings, method statements, and specifications Coordinate with Site Engineer, Project Manager, and QA/QC teams Ensure installation complies with approved drawings and project specifications Monitor productivity and material usage on site Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and site HSE requirements Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to management Assist in resolving technical and installation-related issues Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of aluminum and facade materials

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

5-8 years

experience in aluminum & facade works Proven experience as a

Foreman

in curtain wall, aluminum cladding, windows, and facade systems Strong knowledge of facade installation methods and materials Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings Good leadership and manpower management skills Knowledge of site safety standards and procedures Experience in

Saudi Arabia or GCC

is preferred Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Skills

Curtain wall systems (stick, unitized) Aluminum cladding, ACP, louvers, glazing Problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
