Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including cafes, casual dining, and fine dining restaurants.
Develop and execute strategies to
increase sales, revenue, and profitability
.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outlet managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve performance targets.
Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development, seasonal offerings, and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance of all outlets.
Implement operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent quality and service.
Drive marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotional events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Analyze performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to make informed decisions for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
Handle guest complaints efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as F&B Manager managing multiple outlets, including cafes, casual dining, and fine dining restaurants.
Strong
sales-driven mindset
with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and profit optimization.
Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and implement improvement plans.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
