Food & Beverage Manager
Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and room service. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial targets, and driving the strategic direction of the F&B department. The F&B Manager leads the front-of-house teams to ensure service standards are met and exceeded.
