Food & Beverage Manager
Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and room service. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial targets, and driving the strategic direction of the F&B department. The F&B Manager leads the front-of-house teams to ensure service standards are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Ensure all F&B outlets deliver consistent, high-quality, and professional service that aligns with brand standards. Actively solicit and respond to guest feedback.
• Financial Performance: Develop and manage the F&B budget, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis (P&L management). Maximize revenue through effective pricing, upselling, and promotional strategies.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate all front-of-house F&B staff (servers, bartenders, hosts, supervisors). Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating, service flow, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory for beverages and front-of-house supplies.
• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and implement effective F&B marketing campaigns, events, and menus to drive traffic and revenue.
• Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Executive Chef to ensure alignment between kitchen operations and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume restaurant group.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements and budgets.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits, and service protocols.
