We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

F&B Manager

to lead and elevate Food & Beverage operations at a luxury resort in the

Maldives

. This is a unique opportunity to manage high-end dining services across multiple outlets while working in a stunning island setting.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service Improve financial performance through revenue growth and cost control Lead, train, and manage a diverse team of culinary and service staff Maintain high standards in food quality, service, and guest satisfaction Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and innovation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Drive staff development and foster a high-performance culture

Requirements:

Minimum

4-5 years of experience

in a similar F&B leadership role at a luxury resort or 5-star hotel Strong financial acumen and ability to manage KPIs and budgets Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence and guest experiences International work experience is preferred Willingness to

relocate to the Maldives
