As we prepare for our grand opening, we're seeking a passionate Assistant F&B Manager to help lead our team, elevate service standards, and ensure seamless operations across our vibrant venues.
Role Overview:
As the Assistant F&B Manager, you will work closely with the F&B leadership team to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational efficiency. You'll be a hands-on leader, mentoring staff, resolving challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Supervise day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring smooth service across restaurants, bars, and events.
• Team Support: Train, motivate, and guide F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Guest Experience: Proactively engage with guests, address feedback, and uphold Mileo's service philosophy.
• Quality Control: Monitor food/beverage presentation, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs.
• Inventory & Cost Management: Assist with stock control, supplier coordination, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Pre-Opening Preparation: Contribute to menu planning, staff training, and SOP development during the launch phase.

• 3+ years in F&B management (hotels, high-end restaurants, or pre-openings preferred).
• Strong leadership with a hands-on, guest-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory tools, and industry trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
