Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and briefings across multiple food and beverage outlets
• Support promotional and PR campaigns to elevate brand visibility and guest engagement
• Monitor and improve outlet profitability through effective budgeting and strategic planning
• Evaluate market trends and competitors to align offerings with evolving customer expectations
• Drive team training, coaching, and performance to ensure service excellence
• Ensure full alignment with Jumeirah\'s quality standards and customer satisfaction benchmarks

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel or branded restaurant environment
• Strong command of English; fluency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated success in menu innovation, cost control, and guest service enhancement
• Familiarity with EFQM or similar hospitality quality frameworks
