Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and inspire the food and beverage team to maintain exceptional service delivery
Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, order management, and cleanliness of all service areas
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food and beverage offerings in alignment with brand expectations
Manage departmental budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing revenue
Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
Organize and implement training programs to upskill staff in service etiquette and product knowledge
Ensure all operations follow safety, hygiene, and corporate compliance standards
Support planning and execution of events, banquets, and group functions
Requirements:
Minimum
8 years of experience
in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably within
luxury Hotels or upscale hospitality
Strong team management and coordination skills
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Solid knowledge of food service procedures, inventory management, and guest satisfaction strategies
Degree or diploma in
Hospitality Management
or a related field (preferred)
