Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
F&B Manager
to oversee all food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will haveminimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
and must have worked in a5-star hotel environment
.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily F&B operations to ensure high service standards Lead and train the F&B team Monitor budgets, inventory, and cost control Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of F&B management experience Experience in 5-star hotels is mandatory Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities
