Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, lounges, and banquet services.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest dining experiences.
• Lead, motivate, and train the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus and promotional offers.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and implement effective cost controls.
• Monitor guest feedback, identify service gaps, and drive improvements.
• Maintain compliance with IHG brand standards and local regulations.
• Support the Director of Operations in strategic planning and execution.

Ideal Profile

• 5-7 years of F&B management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Previous IHG brand experience preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local dining and hospitality trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid financial management and business acumen.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and driving F&B innovation.
