Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally and promptly
Support strategic planning, menu initiatives, and service improvements
Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and quality standards
Ideal Profile
Proven experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or hospitality environment
Previous management or supervisory experience in F and B required
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Sound understanding of service standards, food safety, and operational controls
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hotel environment
