Job Overview
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering casual yet polished service across the hotel's dining venues. Whether you're assisting with meal service, replenishing supplies, or interacting with guests, your role will contribute directly to the distinctive Aloft guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and high-quality food and beverage service
• Set up tables, stations, and service areas with attention to detail
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
• Communicate guest preferences or issues to kitchen and supervisory staff
• Assist with replenishment of supplies and support kitchen operations
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand presentation standards
• Support events, bar service, and room deliveries as needed
• Perform other reasonable job duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No prior experience required; hospitality exposure is a plus
• Energetic, sociable, and confident personality
• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced service environments
• Physically fit to stand, walk, lift, and carry items during shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
