As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will help create a seamless and energetic guest experience at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. From setting up service areas to serving meals and beverages, your role contributes to a relaxed, interactive environment for guests and supports the team in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant, lounge, or event F&B operations
• Assist in setting up tables, preparing service areas, and replenishing supplies
• Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining and kitchen areas
• Interact confidently with guests, offering friendly and helpful service
• Follow Marriott's health and safety protocols and Aloft brand standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous food and beverage service experience is a plus
• Energetic, self-assured, and guest-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate clearly
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift during long shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, casual, and team-driven setting
